I am a 3D artist. I mainly work at animation studios as a digital sculptor and 3D modeler. I create 3D characters and environments in close collaboration with the lead artist and the director.
In the past, I had extensive experience working as a character 3D rigger, and this still helps me today when I create character models or non-standard objects that are intended to be rigged.
On some projects, I also worked as a character development artist, and for me the most interesting part is creating something from scratch or working in a small team as a digital sculptor, where it is necessary to refine and further develop artists’ sketches.
I also have experience working as a digital compositor, and I still enjoy working with images, mostly for personal projects, such as color-grading my photographs, since photography is one of my hobbies.
I started my career in animation 1994 as a sculptor and puppet maker for stop-motion.
I also have some experience working in advertising and film visual effects, but animation remains my main passion.
